In order to be able to send you the TAP ( Temperament Analysis Profile) questionnaire, you must give me your address. Please send your address to the following email:

contactdove@dovechristiancounseling.com  or, you may fill in the address form below and hit submit.

After you receive the TAP, please take the test ( it should take you ten minutes) and then mail it back to me to the enclosed address label that comes with your test.  I will then mail you back the test results immediately.  Thank you.
